Shipping Policies

Items are shipped Monday through Friday. Unless specified, we will ship your items as soon as your order has processed.

Orders received after 3pm will ship the following day.

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will ship out the following Monday.

Orders received on any Federal Holiday will ship out on the next available shipping day.

We regret at this time that we are unable to ship outside the United States.

Yes, we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska! Please note: Next Day Air Packages will NOT arrive next day to Alaska or Hawaii. We strongly urge you not to choose this option.

Please note that some items may require additional packaging. As a result, you may see a secondary charge to your credit card for additional shipping. We will try and notify you if this is the case, but if we receive a larger than normal volume of orders, we may not be able to inform you before your order ships. Some items that may incur additional shipping amounts include: Cheese, Chocolate pecans (summer), Heavy or Large items, orders consisting of ten or more items.

All items are shipped via UPS Ground, unless you specify otherwise during checkout. Please refer to the chart below to find out the time in transit for your package if shipped ground. Please Note: UPS does not move packages on Sundays or Federal Holidays. Your package may take one day longer if moving during these days.

Because we are using UPS, we are not able to ship packages to P.O. Boxes. If you require your items to ship to a P.O. Box, you must CALL 1-888-801-2253 to place your order. Items will ship via US Postal Service. We regret that we cannot ship Cheese or Pecans via Postal Service due to the perishable nature of these products.

We calculate shipping based upon the final cost of your order (excluding TAX for MD residents) and the method you have chosen. Some items incur a small Handling charge due to the fragile or perishable nature of these items.
