1. Where are you located? Caroline's is located just 2 miles west of the majestic Annapolis Bay Bridge in Annapolis, Maryland. Our Mailing address is:

2. Can I come and visit your shop? Absolutely! We have so many more items in our retail shop that we simply can't fit on our retail website, and we are always getting in new items! Our Retail shop is also our Bakery, where you can order our fabulous Signature Cakes, Specialty Decorated Cakes, and Beautiful Wedding Cakes.

3. An item is low or out of stock, and I want to order more. How can I do this? Please give us a call! We may be able to place a larger order with our supplier to ensure you have the quantity you need. Call 888-801-2253 Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

4. I want to order a Signature Cake to be shipped, and include a Retail item with it. Can I do this? It depends on the item. We can include small Birthday items, and other small items with a Signature Cake, with little to no additional cost in shipping. We cannot include heavy, fragile, or large items as the container we ship our cakes in has only so much room. The item may also be damaged by either the cake or the block of Dry Ice we include. Please call 888-801-2253 to place orders for Signature Cakes.

5. I ordered an item in the past, but no longer see it on your site. Can I still get this item? It is possible as we rotate items on our site to keep it fresh. Please call us to see if we still have that item in stock.

6. I ordered an item, but it was not what I wanted, or arrived damaged. What should I do? We encourage all customers to inspect the contents of your package while the UPS delivery person is still at your residence, and immediately report any damaged items.
If the item is not what you ordered, please check your invoice enclosed with your order to ensure the item in question is the same item. Please call 888-801-2253 with concerns or complaints. We cannot guarantee any refunds or exchanges after 14 days from arrival date.
